CHRISTOPHE GAY
Photographer, artistic director

ABOUT
Christophe Gay is a passionate photographer based in Dordogne, who has cultivated a unique perspective on the world for over two decades. Introduced to photography at the age of 20, he quickly developed a deep sensitivity to natural light, faces, and human stories.
A keen traveler, he is particularly attached to the African continent, which he regularly explores to capture its cultural richness, powerful landscapes, and sincere expressions. His photographs, imbued with authenticity and poetry, have been featured in numerous exhibitions, blending emotion, aesthetics, and commitment.
A lover of encounters, Christophe favors a lively, intimate style of photography that gets as close to people as possible. His work reveals a delicate attention to moods, atmospheres, and to the light that tells as much of a story as faces.
Alongside his artistic career, he has solid expertise in the hospitality industry, where he has worked for over 10 years. This dual perspective, both professional and sensitive, nourishes a demanding aesthetic approach, between technical precision and the quest for emotion.
